| Pharmacological mechanism | Etebactide reversibly inhibits platelet aggregation by preventing fibrinogen, von Willebrand factor, and other adhesion ligands from binding to platelet GPIIb/IIIa receptors.After intravenous administration, the platelet aggregation was inhibited in a concentration and dose dependent manner, and the inhibition of platelet aggregation was reversed after the cessation of the infusion, which was believed to be due to the isolation of etebactide from platelets. |
